RAY ALVERSON
CLOSING ADMINISTRATOR
Ray has been with USA Title since the doors opened in October 2007. He has been in the title and closing business for 12 years. Ray also spent a few years as a mortgage loan officer. His goal is to assist our clients with making their borrower’s closing experience a positive event. He enjoys sports especially baseball, basketball and football.
CHRIS CLINE
PRESIDENT AND OWNER
Chris has been in the Real Estate Title Industry since 1999 and opened USA Title in 2007. He believes in hiring the right people and allowing them to do their job to the fullest of their ability. His concept of having a great company is to surround himself with great people. His motto for USA Title of Alabama is “Do it right or don’t do it”. Chris enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife , Jamie, and his two great kids, Kylie and Creed. Chris is also an avid hunter and fisherman and loves being outdoors.

OFFICE MANAGER
Jason has been with USA Title since 2008. He is primarily responsible for customer service and administering closing documents. Jason spent 7 years as a mortgage loan officer before coming to USA. He enjoys sports and coach’s youth sports in Pelham where he lives with his wife and two children.
MIKE PRESLEY
IN-HOUSE ABSTRACTOR
Mike works primarily in the courthouses of Jefferson and Shelby counties for USA Title of Alabama. He has been searching real estate records for 5 years. Mike and his wife (Chrystal) have four daughters (Sarah, Sophie, Suzi, and Sadi). When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family. Mike and his family attends Hardin’s Chapel Bible Church in their hometown of Ragland, AL.
TRACEY CAMP
UNDERWRITER
Tracey has been in the title industry since 1996. She has abstracted, underwritten, issued policies, and even closed loans. Tracey also has a Paralegal Degree. She loves to read, and spend time with her two children and husband.
PERRY CLINE
CLOSING AGENT
Perry has worked in the title business for 13 years. He has several duties at USA Title that include assisting with settlement statements and administering the closing documents. Perry is the “Swiss Army Knife” of USA Title. He was in the Air Force for 20 years and retired from Military service in 1999.
DARLENE MARSH
UNDERWRITER
Darlene joined USA Title of Alabama in 2010. She believes strongly in customer satisfaction and strive to represent USA Title of Alabama with the highest integrity. Darlene began her career in the Title Insurance Industry in 2001 in customer service, moved to data entry, and then to underwriting. She is married with three children and seven grandchildren. Darlene enjoys watching the NFL (Go Packers), college football (War Eagle) and spending time with her friends and family.
JESSICA PUGH
ESCROW OFFICER
Jessica has worked in the title business for 12 years. She started out typing commitments and issuing policies. Jessica is now the escrow officer for USA Title and she loves managing the escrow department. She loves to joke around and has a fantastic sense of humor and never takes things too seriously. Jessica is married and has three amazingly wonderful wild children. She also loves food!
